that guys name is Dougie Poynter, and hes in an australian band called McFly. and I was watching an interview of them (sitting in a steam room nake, might I add) and I saw his tattoo and was like "wow I bet he copied that from Tom" so I searched some pics of him on Photobucket, and they all look like He's a really big fan of/wanna be Tom.

One good thing about McFly is that they actually play their instruments unlike the Jonas Brothers who have a backing band play their songs while they mime playing lol.
They are pretty much just a manufactured pop band, though.
