Lol, round here most of them are just thugs that hang round the streets smoking and drinking WKD (god knows how they all get drunk on that). I don't get started on personally, but mostly they try and intimidate people that don't look like chavs. One of my friends got started on the other week because some chav accused him of threatening his mate with knuckledusters..and then they ran away when they saw us getting into my friend's car.

Oh and I was with a big bunch of people once, and for some reason we got chased by some chavvy dudes. so some guy in our group had some cookie crisp cereal and turned round to some fat kid, held up the cereal and shouted "come on then, fattie!". He then got punched in the face.
I almost wet myself laughing.

im pretty sure. my brother told me he was at the movies and some lad came up to him demanding that he give him his wallet. my bro was like 'dude, i see that you're tall but im so much bigger than you." then he punched him in the face. well, thats what my bro said...haha.

yeah i think chavs are the same kind of thing as lads or neds. I usually try not to stereotype people but they ask for it really haha. The boys try and act tough and the girls try to act tough and be sluts lol. I don't get a lot of trouble with them though. People i know do. One of my guy friends got attacked by a big bunch a few weeks back.
